Perfect delivery and fast!

I am very disappointed with the quality of service, I paid $81 for two packages to be delivered on the 13th and they still haven't gotten there. And the tracking on it is very poor, doesn't tell you where it is or when it will arrive. Very angry with lack of better service.

No shipping updates on a package that was supposed to ship on December 11th.

Unless you’ve walked in their shoes, you don’t really know how much the USPS does for you. Carriers work hard making sure every piece of mail is delivered the day it arrives to the facility. Clerks have to stand many hours. I Thank all employees at the USPS for doing a great job everyday, all year

Northwestern Postal Office Service was fast and reliable I love the clerks very friendly very helpful

My daughter mailed a check to me on Monday, with 3-day delivery gauranteed. This is the 3rd day, and according to the tracking number, it still appears to be at the sorting facility 45 minutes from where she mailed it. It shows what time it left her town, then when it arrived to the sorting facility. Since then? No updates or other information . In my opinion, you shouldn't promise what you can't deliver.

Palate suppose to arrive Dec. 16. Now Dec. 19. No package.

I have had a parcel sitting in LA for two weeks and not shipped out. It is an important Christmas gift.

Every package that has gone through the either the Columbus or cincinatti hub has been delayed or lost. Not impressed with them at all. Was supposed to receive package by yesterday and they cannot find it to deliver

USPS have no record of package being delivered ,only started it in Memphis, Tn. Sent on Friday 13, 19 from CA. I was told that the package will be delivered on Monday 12-16-19 today is the 12-19-19 NO PACKAGE

I mailed 2 packages at the same time, to the same place why weren’t they delivered together? One arrived the other is still in transit!

What else can I say but: lousy service, lousy tracking, and inept home delivery.

I'm really upset USPS I mailed so package to my brother in Arkansas. They told me it would arrive on Saturday the 14 it still hasn't arrived it went to Chicago and now on its way to him very disappointed

My package is zig zaging around. Started out 6 hrs away from me now it's 12 hrs away and your tracking service doesn't give an estimated delivery date. Would be nice to know if it will make it here for Christmas.

The Bath, ME post office is very efficient and Mike is so helpful and he has the greatest customer service skills by far. He always goes the extra mile to offer advice on getting my mail out the best way and fastest. I enjoy using that post office!
