The post office is awesome

I paid for a 3 to 5 days shipment and it is now 25 days and the package has still not arrived to my fiance in Nigeria

I am always happy for the service I get at the post office here in A J AZ and Medway Ma. Very friendly and helpful, thank you all!

Why did the format change? And now the shipping is not accurate at all?

Sent a package to my work, didn't get there had to drive to a town I no longer live in to get it. 800 number has no live people to speak to and no other numbers to call. Worst customer service ever.

Very dissatisfied! Paid extra to ensure my package would make it to Michigan by December 16th. Expected delivery in 4 days. It's now 7 days later and it's still in transit! Fortunately, my brother arrived in Michigan with enough time to run buy gifts so our mother won't be the only person at the nursing home Christmas party to not have a gift to open. Next time I'll make sure to mail the package two weeks in advance so it will get there in time.

No estimated date of arrival

Never had any problems. But cost is very high

I honestly love USPS. They are SUPER quick when it comes to getting my packages delivered on time. 99.5 percent of the time my packages are delivered a few days earlier than when the expected date is. My shipping of choice is USPS above anyone else

I drive extra mileage so I won’t be harassed by the local post master. So much complaining about all the work

If they lose one...more...package...
