Our little post office at Pleasureville, KY is an outstanding example of service, courtesy, and professionalism. We patronize it over the larger PO's in Louisville and Frankfort. They do it right and that includes the letter carriers and support staff. High marks, too, for the Priority Mail and package services. We have never had a problem. So, keep up the great work!!

My package died in sanfrancisco yesterday at 2:17 p.m. there hasn't been any more tracking information from that time on and it's been almost twenty-four hours and I can't find where the package is now!? I will never use the United States Postal Service again to ship packages, the tracking of the package is next to Impossible and no matter what I tried to do to track it I still got the same information that's a package landed in San Francisco at 2:17 p.m. on the 17th and now it's the 18th after noon and the post office cannot provide any new tracking information as of this moment no matter what I try so I would highly recommend if you have a package to send and you want to track it use federal express or UPS

Ordered gift on Dec 4th. It is now Dec 18th and the last date of tracking info is from Dec 8th. Probably will never get this. Definitely not by Christmas!!
