Very easy to use.

Lines are long but “‘‘tis the season”.

Shipping label created the 14th and it's now the 17th - still not updated. Ridiculous!

Staff at Edenton, NC are wonderful. Even during this busy season they are helpful & cheerful. Every package I have tracked left their facility on the same day. I send alot of packages all year long overseas.

My local PA post office “anticipated delivery” of packages to CA on 12/16 - packages were delivered 2 days EARLY, on 12/14! Superb!!!

Our carrier refuses to deliver our mail despite his supervisors' instructions to do so. We have no fence, no gate, no dog. Maybe he is lazy? But definitely insubordinate. We are missimg crucial mail!

Was supposed to get package on the 14th but it hasn't moved any since Friday. I know it is a busy time of the tear but that is terrible service.

I Sent My Package On 11/ 27/2019 To A International Location Still Waiting For It To Be Delivered 12/17/2019 After USPS said 6 To 10 Days !!!!!

I mailed my package on 12/6 and today is 12/16, it was mailed from Blaine,Mn and as of today it shows it is still in Iowa and I can’t find anyone who can help me. I mailed these early as they are Christmas gifts. I Will never use the postal service again to mail packages. If I could give them a negative score that is what they would get

The tracking is never updated on a timely manner .. the package I mailed is showing the same location foe 3 days. Now it's overdue. So frustrating. Shipping is so expensive you would think you could trust them to get your package delivered on time.

Says delivered but it wasn't. I was home and there was snow on the ground but no foot prints. Normal mail in my box but my package wasn't delivered and the tracking says it was.

Three weeks since my parcel was originally posted in USA and I still haven't received it in Australia. No updates since arriving in Sydney over a week ago. Not at all impressed.

Package mailed December 2019..went back and forth...to Industry..back to Upland then floated from facility to facility for more than a week..in Missouri...still reroute to Illinois....today is December 17...still not DELIVERED!!! Paid for priority shipping!!! Over $30.!? What gives???
