I paid for the Portland/Alabama package to arrive on time in 3 days and it turns out that it will arrive after 6 days very bad service if you pay more for it to arrive quickly it's not okay for it to arrive later

My sister-in-law spent money for priority mail 2 to 3 day delivery yeah right we keep getting the runaround that it's on the truck and I keep getting updates it's swirling around taking trips around town going on the 5th day she could have put a forever stamp on it it might have gotten here sooner then given the post office extra money for nothing worst service ever well maybe ever how about always.. no one seems to know at my local post office in Gretna Louisiana anything correct!

Terrible service... You need to close down ASAP.

My package was shipped Jan 16 It is now Feb 3rd and still not here Tracking says it is in transit from Cinn Ohio from Jan 28 I could haves walked from cinn Ohio faster poor service I will not use usps ever again. Shame on you usps

This is the SECOND time we have sent a letter by priority mail and was told it would arrive at the destination within 3 days. The first time it took 8 days and now it looks like it will be at least 8 days for this one, too! How is it that they charge for a service, but do not deliver it as promised? I would say it is fraud; charging for services or products but not providing that service or product. Do not waste your money paying for priority mail. It is like throwing your money out the car window!!

Worst delivery service in America

Post office was to deliver a PEN from Amazon. Says it couldn’t be delivered because the house or entry to the house was blocked!!! Postman never parks in front of our house AND the package could’ve easily gone in the mailbox! I’m a ICU Nurse and like specific pens to write with..now I’m having to wait even longer! Thanks UPS LOST Office!!! It better be delivered tomorrow is all I can say! Ridiculous and excuse is not justified !!

Charge me $83 told me it would get there on the 30th. We’re on the second and I still has not received my package.

I bought something that was sent on Jan 11th, from PA to Mexico. As of Feb 2nd, over 3 weeks later, I still have yet to recieve my package. Last update is from Jan 20th saying it is "in transit to it's destination". Horrible customer service too.

I have used Loxahatchee, FL 33470 post office for several years now and never had a problem. Edgar is the best postal person around. He is fast, thorough and professional throughout the procedure of accepting and getting packages delivered in a timely manner even during busy times. I have even seen him multi-tasking: he will help one person and get them on their way while a second person is completing forms. He is never too busy and always remembers. Finicky machinery is no problem. He is amazing. Thank you.

Less than 24 hrs from NY first class mail. Great service!

A motorcycle was mailed from NC to me, in Canada, late in November. It still has not arrived. The USPS tracking platform does not tell me where it is, when it will be delivered, or what the delay is. By contrast, I sent a similar package to the same NC address at the same time. It arrived at the destination in two weeks. Clearly USPS is not the leader in international postal services. I only have one star because that is the lowest allowed. I would have preferred zero stars.

I sent documents out in November and it sits in transit since November 27th!!!!! Come on and get with the program! And I lost money from.sending it !!

I better soon have my refund or I will dispute with my bank and get my refund that way!!!

I will NEVER USE PRIORITY MAIL AGAIN ITS BEEN JAN 18TH AND AS OF TODAY FEB.2 MY TRACTING HASENT CHANGED ..ive reported 3 xs one person said its in TX another said its still in Portland I have 500.00 money order lost ..discussed to say the least
