Tracking info is often not up to date. I’m tracking a delivery and have no info for the past 7 days

Cannnot get through via phone and cannot ask questions to get an answer

Amazing, this pkg made it. I ordered a sweatshirt on line to be delivered to this same address, it was sent back to company TWICE stating "undeliverable, address in the middle of nowhere". I paid twice, nok...i t delivered Nok w waiting for it to be delivered to me in CA so i can pay A THIRD TIME to mail it again. The address was verified twice. So i will of ended up paying more for delivery than the sweatshirt cost. I live in a small town, no other way to ship, otherwise i'd NEVER choose to ship usps. No wonder they struggle to stay in business. This should of been delivered about 5 weeks ago

I was supposed to get my package 2 days ago but they messed up somehow and sent it to Kentucky. I'm still waiting for it to show up. I've never been so disappointed in usps and I'm never using them for packages again. If my package is messed up because of this they are paying for a replacement.

Its december 10th, the package was suppose to be here on the 3rd and the last update was in the 5th that simply says "delayed in transit" no location, no new time of arrival, absolutley NOTHING

I sent a package on November 22nd to Maui. Expected delivery date was the 7th! STILL HASN'T ARRIVED THERE! Today is the 10th of December! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SEND A PACKAGE THROUGH USPS. FED EX OR UPS WOULD HAVE HAD IT THERE WITHIN THE WEEK I SENT IT!! PIZZED!!!!

The attendant was very professional, knowledgeable, nice, patient and helpful

It took Oakland 4 days to send a 2 day delivery priority mail pkg on to Denver. This delay has happened before. What's wrong with Oakland?

I will never never order from this company again.... No tracking information it's been 11 days and still haven't received my order
