Tracking doesn’t even tell me when to expect the package.

Couldnt meet prommissed delivery time. They admit their incompetence by saying you have to wait at the counter to make sure your package gets scanned by the clerk. Their 800 # is worthless. They got 1 point bc you cant give 0.

Always late, my mail carrier has made my house payment late by no picking up outgoing mail. She’s also too lazy to get out of her truck to deliver when there is a snow berm and can’t pull her truck up right in front of the community mailbox even though it’s a path cleared in front of the box. A package wasn’t delivered until I went and cut her off in the middle of the road with my truck because she couldn’t fit it in the mailbox so she put a note on my door that said signature required that I signed and put on the door for 4 days then in the mailbox for 3 days and she was too lazy to walk it up to my porch.

I’m so very disappointed with the postal service. This is the second package that I have sent through your service to only not have them reach the destination. Do, the search for my items, and it keep coming back not enough information given. Totally don’t understand, when a complete description is given. I will pay the extra money to use either UPS or Fed Ex. Really like the people at the two offices I use. But, if I can’t get my packages delivered. It’s not worth me continually lose money!

After paying to have a package delivered to Florida it was rerouted after reaching Florida to Pennsylvania then back. Shipped from Kentucky to Florida to Pennsylvania back to Florida and still undelivered 5 days later. Dated items were inside and I am not happy with the service.

I always receive things quickly and in great shape

There always on time or early and package is good condition, unlike some others particularly the brown trucks.

Paid for an envelope to get there the next day. Four days later it sitting 60 miles away in NJ. Now I'll be fined.

All my postal carriers are careful, thoughtful, kind, and helpful. The local P.O. is efficient and the clerks work fast. I always like going there. I want my carriers and package delivery people to have salaries, pensions, and good healthcare. This means USPS, not Fedex or UPS, who seem to treat their workers rather badly by comparison '-- the US Postal Service never delivers to the wrong door, nor fails to knocknor ring the bell for package deliveries. Support the USPS so that we keep getting dsily deliveries from people we know and trust.

Tracking information was not kept up. Not very informative.

They do the job well

Package to be delivered Monday just received it today Wednesday. Guess all the good employees are retired

I paid good money to have a package arrive by noon today and it is still not delivered, not happy with usps
