My local p.o. is very efficient, courteous, and prompt. My packages have been consistently delivered on time.

The services are awful. I have a claim and want the USPS to pay the $400 late fee I incurred or pay me. Sent certified mail on November 16, 2019 going to tappahannock,Virginia. As of today November 26,2019 the certified mail is still sitting in Richmond/sandston facility. Nine (9) days!!!!!!!!! I want them to pay the late fee or reimburse me cause this unprofessional act could cause me eviction if $400 late is not paid. Should I contact the Tv news to get answers

I sent a packed to Nigeria on July 1st and hasn't made it ro it's destination, or back to me

Very accurate and fast

I’m leaving this message because I’m confused ice I am sending a package today. I’m sending The same exact item in the same exact size box and now it’s cost me five dollars more to ship this item. I guess I don’t understand why. When I ship the item the first time it was actually a farther away distance from where I’m sending at the second time. Two different post office. I’m wondering if My local post office scale is correct because it says it’s almost a half pound more and like I said I went from $5.30 to $10.40 to ship this item. Inconsistency is why people get irritated and use other services

I had 5 priority mail that took 4 plus days to get to destination. Four of those to an adress an hour away from location sent from. Aweful.

This sucks, I've been waiting for my package for over a month and I understand it came from overseas but once you guys got it. It shouldn't never take this long, I'm still waiting!

USPS is my preferred service and I make sure all vendors and friends use it when sending me anything. Easy pick up or hold local available always. Tracking is great

I’m not sure which Buford,GA. facility my package is being held at but it has been there for 7 days! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The last time this happened I contacted a Post Master General at the Federal level in Washington DC and my package was moved immediately. Guess I’ll have to do that again in order to receive my merchandise!

The people at our local post office are amazingly helpful. Really nice and professional. My sent mail almost always arrives sooner than expected.
