USPS reviews

USPS always does their best. Only hangups they have is when UPS uses them for their cheap delivery service. UPS charges too much so they can afford to pay USPS to do THEIR JOB for them and then packages sit in the UPS locations kept from USPS being able to get possession of them so they can be delivered. UPS SUCKS not the Postal Service.

Tracking? Delayed and sometimes inaccurate. Delivery? In the mailbox (often STUFFED in) instead of doorstep.

What is the point of paying for 2-day shipping, if the USPS doesn’t even try to get it delivered in two days? According to tracking info, it will be either 4 or 5 days (postal service days) before it’s delivered. That’s poor service!!!

I ordered photos that were to be delivered on 11/20 , the post office received the package on 11/17 but didn't bother to process for 5 days and finally delivered on 11/23. Such poor service. And you wonder why people use other mail services that seem more interested in doing their jobs in a timely manner. So disappointing.

Should have been there yesterday.. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE

A certified letter was sent to me from an Atlanta suburb at a cost of 26.00 on November 14th. It arrived in a Northern Georgis metro center that same day and arrived in Washington d.c. on November 15, where it stayed until Nov 20th when sent to Baltimore. It arrived in Baltimore Nov 22 and left 23 hours later to be shipped to my local post office 70 miles west of Baltimore. Now on November 23rd in the PM, it has not been scanned at my local PO. Really! A mule train would have been faster.

This service is rediculous and I should be refunded the 3-day shipping cost as it has now been 6 days and I could have driven 2000 miles and got it myself faster

Sent priority package on Nov. 15. To be delivered Nov. 18. Says delivered on Nov. 22. Why did I pay for priority?

Went into post office clueless and workers are exceptional help and easy going!!

Wouldn't mail any other way. Very personal. Respective. On time delivery. Cheapest way to go. So very proud of our USPS !!
