You have received my package 2 days ago and there is no information on where it is in tracking

Service ok. Better than waiting in line

Tracking is lacking

Sent an item at 2:15 one day it was there the next day by 3:30...

I wish there was some way I could thank the individual who kindly mailed me my lost checkbook. I lost it in Southwick MA. I was delighted to find in my mailbox this morning a package containing my checkbook with everything in tact. It has been missing since September 27, 2019! I worried and fretted over the loss countless times hoping somehow it would be found by an honest person and returned to me. Happily to my delight my pray was answered this morning. If there is anyway the person could be identified, I would love to be able to express my deep gratitude.

Best customer service ever . I use this post office regularly as its my neighborhood location. The staff is wonderful,helpful and completely accommodating. This location is the Haymount location in Fayetteville NC.. the clerk that was super awesome was Clerk #17

Paid for three day shipping 5 days ago and it is still not arrived

always late.a lots excuse.

Mail employees say they attempted to deliver packages and they didn’t !my gate was never closed at all - there was nothing that would stop them from dropping off-

I sent a package out Wednesday November 20th for priority 2 day shipping and November 22nd the package is still has not left my city. The customer paid for 2 day priority shipping and now i am responsible for the cost and loss of production. Thanks USPS i will ise UPS next time for reliable shipping

My overnight pkg is still saying it is supposed to be there yesterday by noon. I still have no update.

I entered the correct number, but it doesn’t show, and this is very stressful.
