USPS reviews

I like this Postal System they have to specify when to expect your package to be delivered to you. I wish the Post Office would use this system with the regular mail cause it would make a difference . I would like to advise all mail carriers who delivers mail to the residents is to take your time to make sure you put the mail in the proper mailboxes. But just the same thanks to all who work together!

Never get it on the day it saids it going to be delivered

On thursday November 7th at about 9:30am, I mailed a package from groton ct to be delivered to Newport RI. It is now Tuesday November 12th. The package went from Groton to New Jersey, to Springfield field. That is totally unacceptable. Why did it go to New Jersey? Of course it will take twice as long to go west then east. That is wrong and unacceptable. I am very angry. It now will not arrive in Newport for two more days. I would like to know why it went to New Jersey. My .other sent a package on friday to new port and it went to springfield and then providence and was delivered today. That is correct.

2nd time had delivery problems from your company

No tracking service for 10 days, would not do this again.

They will not answer calls and if you are on hold be ready to wait 1:30 for them to answer. And they are not helpful, wonder why they still in business

Have never been disappointed with USPS.
