Paid for express shipping. Only made 1 attempt. That's regular delivery treatment. Refund please

Guaranteed global express...should’ve been there 3 days ago and still hasn’t arrived. It’s a rip off. Only gave 1 star because they made me.

I sent a certified return receipt envelope to Kentucky from the USPS post office on 10/31/19. It is now 11/10/19 and I still have no return receipt. I was told the envelope would be received by 11/4. I tried tracking this item but the information I received was incomplete. All it showed was the date I mailed it and the date it arrived in Seattle. This is not acceptable tracking.

Said there was no access to driveway or front door. Absolute lie. I've been home all day & there is nothing blocking the driveway or either door.

My local post office rocks! Great service & accurate information.

They do the best they can my mom works for USPS and these people have a hard dangerous job so calm down getting your package a day late ain't gonna kill u think of others in this world that have families to and quit being selfish the I think USPS does a great job....

Late can’t track

Spent the bucks on priority mail w tracking to make sure pkg was delivered by Saturday nov 9. Expected delivery was Friday Nov 8. Today my friend doesn’t have his birthday present because the pkg is still in transit. USPS let me down. Not happy. Gonna use other delivery service next time. I’m really ticked off

I pay for next day shipping. That is not what I recieve. False advertising. no refunds or discounts. Very poor customer service.

Cant get anything on time delivery. Always a day or more late. So slow.

20 days still no package delivered. Opened a case, and local p.o. couldn't get a response from earlier scanned facilities. Case was closed and phone contact said package was to be delivered, in a day or two. No further updates on pkg movements, and still no pkg delivered. Customers better plan ahead for the holiday congestion. Ridiculous! Glad this pkg wasn't a gift.

Love using USPS and tracking, never a problem.

Package took 4 days to get from chicage to Indianapolis.. ?? Did they walk with it...

Every time I am stuck with no other option to use this service it always ends up in late delivery or no delivery at all...
