Unbelievable! The USPS cannot deliver a small pkg to your home. I don't understand why since before Christmas this 2oz pkg has been sent all over the US and was in our City twice now a 3rd time and cannot even bring the final notice to my house, takes to the neighbors 2 doors down. It's not that hard, I promise. Take these people's license they cannot read a GPS route or numbers on a mailbox. FURIOUS!

Whenever my package is dropped at post office, I cringe. Sits for days at my local post office without tracking updates. I really am disgusted. DO A BETTER JOB!

I had an envelope with a very important document inside and it was scanned at the post office however the carrier did not have it and I never received it I've been going through hoops with the post office trying to get it and nobody knows where it is well gee why was it scanned before it was delivered interesting. I swear if anything ever needs to be sent anywhere quickly I am doing UPS or I am going to do FedEx way better than the post office

Tracking what joke, it's Thursday 1/11/24 and tracking is on Tuesday 1/09/24. what a disgrace to their profession.

My letter to the bank going from NY to Maryland is now going on 10 days 1st class we are paying 50.00 a day intreast for everyday that letter is NOT THEIR .. Wen calling the center " were sorry " sorry doesn't cut it !! We need that ck their 8 days ago !!!

I sent s package 3 hours away..same state ended up 3 states away..was supposed to arrive on the 7th..it is now in the right state..I have never had a problem like this with USPS.. Hope this doesn't become the norm

I paid for priority mail January 4 and was told letter will arrive Monday morning January 8 , well I'm still waiting for the letter to arrive now January 11 2024

The package never arrived and it has been days how they gonna make a hole company that disappoints.

A 6/9 yellow envelope with a tracking # was sent out on December 5, 2023!!!!! That envelope made it from OHIO to the MEMPHIS DISTRIBUTION CENTER ON DECEMBER 10, 2023!!!!! AND ITS STILL SITTING THERE!!!! AND ITS DESTINATION IS JUST 2 HOURS UP THE ROAD TO BLYTHEVILLE ARKANSAS!!!!! THERES SOME MAJOR ISSUES GOING ON WITH MEMPHIS DISTRIBUTION CENTER AND SOMEBODY NEEDS TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF IT....

I seen one e-mail from USPS And my package was not far away from my area. This was 3 days ago and I haven't got my package yet. I went back into my e-mail so I could check in on my tracking status. And I no longer have any e-mail from USPS The e-mail isn't there anymore. I took a screenshot of that e-mail to keep the tracking number. And the e-mail I did receive. I went on-line to USPS And entered the tracking number. It said Status Not Available, and tracking number could be incorrect. Try again later. The e-mail before this on was Awaiting Update. I have absolutely no idea what is going on and don't know anything about my package. Everything disappeared like a fart in the wind. I called and no one knows anything. My Post Office Hub told me to call the party that sent my package. I did just that. And got the same tracking number and was told my package was shipped and should've got my package!!!! This is totally un-called.. And I want my package I ordered! IDK if USPS Makes their e-mails vanish after a delivery???? What am I soupost do now?? Helloooo I wish I could give a feedback of - minus zero 0 I'm upset to say the least. I think FedEx will handle my packages from now on. You lost me from using the USPS Mail service.

the parcel is very slow

my package been in transit for 8 days and no updates whatsoever. YALL USE UPS ITS SO MUCH BETTER

My medicine has been out for delivery for the last three or four days and I am out of medication and it still sent out for delivery. This is unacceptable.

My package has been sitting in Indianapolis for 10 days and I it was previously in transit for 4 days. Not sure why it’s just sitting there and not proceeding to the next location. I’d suspect that they’re waiting for more products to reduce costs, but that’s not what a customer expects from there provider. I realize A business needs to try their best to maximize profits, but they’re loosing customers with their tactics. Greed will usually fail!!!
