The service is very poor, the postmaster didn't verify the correct directions and it doesn't deliver the package correctly

The package was in tx and then went to Seattle WAand then back down to Los Angeles. Why? The return address was in WA! So stupid!

If we pay for two or three day service. The mail should be delivered in that amount of time. I'll do UPS of Fed Ex from now on. This is not the first time I had this problem but it's the last time.

Worse service ever, trackong says my package was delivered on the 19th and I haven't recieve it.

Tracking says my package was supposed to arrive November 13 and it is in transit? So it’s two weeks late today and missing?

The worst experience I've ever had. I had to pay for everything. They made mistake in my address that was filled by me absolutely correctly. And they offered me to pay for adress changing and even for customer service support!!!

Terrible service and USPS tracking system is useless. It shows given to post office Nov 15 and in transit Nov 19 but nothing for the last week. It will not tell me where the package is now and it was mailed Priority Mail 11 days ago. Don't trust USPS with anything important or which needs timely delivery.

I’m just not understanding why my package isn’t here YET! I was suppose to get my package on the 17th and it’s still not here. Tracked my package and the truck been parked in the same area.. I just want my stuff. This is RIDICULOUS

Tracking what tracking I have no idea where items are. The first and last notice I got said my items where in Tacoma Washington that was on the 24th and nothing since. Items where guaranteed to be here on the 21st since I ordered them on the 9th. Wtf

I just posted a bad coustemer service It was at college Grove at 10 am saturday nov 25 the had no coustemers at time . The lady was really rude even.when I explained it was my first time returning a ebay packege... she even told me several times she only gets paid to put the label and shipped them.not to help.she even was going to shipped my box the way I took it .she even put the sticker..thats when I realized something was not right...and asked her for help...and she told me no..thats not my job...and ask her how can I shipped it correcly...and told me I dint.nknow buy a box.ok..thank.u so hard about that ..but her attitude was like thats not my job..don't ur self.at the end I bought a box and shipped and put the stickers all croquet

Today it was fist time making a return on ebay.i was totally new on how to ship a box Not knowing the cashier was not going to help me .she even said it was not her job.she even told me my only job is to put on sticker.i had to beag her to help I was new on shipping boxes.at the end she offer me a box..but with no help.i know its not her job but they had no coustemers.in line I was the only one.so with no help..I did what I could...I have a job.too and helping.coustemers is one of my jobs..now I learn how to ship boxes next time..
