They didn't knock on my door or I don't know what happened to a package that was supposed to arrive to me. It never arrived. Very bad service. If not, whoever receives it shouldn't leave it there. You can pick up the package at the post office.

The service is very bad , my SHEIN order should have arrived by USPS, but I never received it under the pretext that there was no address, yet there was. To change the address it didn’t work . I am really very disappointed.

Can't understand why my package keeps going from Atlanta to Ethans and back to Ethans it has done that like 4 ti.es already be smart and use another way to get your packages to where ever you need to send them USPS sucks and I will never use the again they have some really Experience people working there. And they don't know what they're doing.

The USPS guys, they always leave the packages in front of our doors and the packages are being stolen. We've asked them not to do it on several occasions. But they still do it anyway horrible service

Package is late as usual, 2.5 stars is too high of an average for this Government run business. I wish I could give -10 stars. Awful
