USPD Delivery is poor. Not keeping to written down Expected date of delivery show lack of customer cares. Please Wake up to your services. I have a parcel sent since Tuesday and today is Sunday? Tracking said is at the next facility ....

Took them a week to get the package to the Jacksonville facility, just for them to wait 3 days and ship it back to Oregon, (opposite side of the country)

I had a package sent on September 26, for a two day delivery, a hundred miles away. It’s now October 13, and the package still hasn’t arrived. It’s been in several other states, but not where it was addressed. It’s virtually impossible to speak to a real person and nobody is accountable. Very frustrating! Too bad they don’t have 1/4 star rating.

Certified letter was held in the Birmingham Distribution Center from 0ct 6 to Oct 12 and is now in transit delayed delivery. The cause of the delay has not been made known with an explanation. It would be nice to know if it was a mechanical or personnel problem causing the delay. Communication is definitely lacking. I will not be certifying any more letters through USPS. Disappointed in service for sure.

My package is still in the same place, it was supposed to arrive at its destination yesterday Friday, the shipment was Tuesday the 10th, I paid for three-day shipping and it is still in the same place.
