Some apparent reason somebody been tracking my mail without permission. I also want to backtrack mail that's been delivered and I know I haven't received.

I believe that I don't have another alternative that to see a lawyer on the ground that the USPS haven't delivered my package due as an American my name is a Spanish last name, that fall under discrimination on the part of the Nashville delivering to the next station for more than 9 days.

Paid 10 dollars for priority 2 day service and it has been 5 days and they can't find tracking number. Please use other carriers

I'm supposed to receive my passport in 2 days I sent it out Oct 10 2013 and I paid for expedite service and today is 10-07_2023 and still haven't received it.....conroe tx
