This has happened more then once..i paid for a certain time frame of delivery which is usually extra and it does not get delivered when suppose to. Wrongful.

Poor service. Paid $8 to send letter to Irving Tx on 9/19/23. As of 10/3 no USPS supervisor could tell me where the letter is. Tracking says it went to Pittsburgh and sent back to morgantown USPS. But no one can locate it and couldn't explain how to do 360 investigation. And the bank can't reissue the document for 90 days. Go to UPS. USPS has no accountbility.. HELP!!!!! Rate 0

Terrible just terrible they take your money and then don’t deliver the package

On the system it show me, my package is returning to my sender, I don't why, also tlmy sender give my address correctly. Also the post office didn't call me.
