USPS reviews

Paid for international package delivery to be delivered 3 to 5 business days. It has been almost 2 weeks. They always do that, why tell you 3 to 5 days which it has to go through customs or whatever process.

Tracking information says package was left on front porch company is saying they never received it that is really pitiful

I don't know how you can get a package from Ohio to New Jersey in 24 hours but after 4 days still can't get it the last 60 miles to South Jersey.

Package was important and never got there on time it still hasn't gotten there in 4 days

You never gonna get any delivery on time by post office. Doesn't matter if you pay more. Go to UPS.

Always have great results . Our post office has awesome people working along with hard working mail delivery people .

My package was guaranteed to be delivered by 6:00 pm on Thursday. It is now 2:00 on Monday and no package. USPS customer service has hung up on me (accidentally) 3 freaking times

Every package I send get there at the exact time the postal clerk quote to me.

Been sending pkgs from Florida to NJ & PA for years..NOT 1 HAS EVER BEEN DELVD ON TIME...EVER!!!

postal workers are some of the hardest working people I know! They work harped to get your packages to you every day. But no one is perfect and there are obviously gonna be delays on some of the packages for whatever reason. For those complaining walk a mile in there shoes

Package had to travel from OKC to Tulsa. Paid for Overnight delivery…. 3 days later and it’s still not here.Shows it hasn’t left OKC yet but it’s ….. EnRoute ….. What a joke USPS is.
