Package was shipped out on July 11, 2023 from Paris, Ky to Bucyrus, Oh. at 12:15 pm 1 day delivery July 12, 2023 at 6:00 pm and it’s July 13, 2023 2:57 p.m. still not deliver. This is not acceptable when you pay for the service and I might add this document was very important.

Mailed 2nd day priority insured .tax payment almost foreclosure on my home. Lost for 2 months .had to stop payment on 3 checks.then they delivered!
