Why no receipt when package was picked up??? It was requested. Why doesn't the tracking say it was picked up???? Postage is OUTRAGEOUS!!

Tracking numbers only work if they are entered into your system. OR if your systems work. Given I'm on a 45 minute wait to talk to a customer service representative I'm going to guess either you have a LOT of problems...

Package has been at Columbus facility since July 4, it's July 8th and still there, WTF!!

Everyone at the post office in Langley. Washington was very very nice and so far my packages on date to be here. I’m hoping tomorrow it’ll get here.

Been over a week never recieved my package made me pay 5 dollars to resend it still haven’t seen it

Why isn’t even after you go to the post office and you have the postal clerk process your package. The time after that when you go to track it there’s no record of it. Then the record of it will be there after the package gets delivered. And the package was delivered three days later than they told you it would be delivered when you’re at the post office. The tracking system sucks!

My package was sent out on June 8, 2023 from Georgia, here it is July and I can’t find my package. This is very important to me and they have lost it.

Still waiting on a package sent out almost 4 weeks ago, and can't seem to get any answers or help from this company. Very frustrating

Thought I was receiving my package on Saturday, but it’s still in route worse ever!! And paid for one day shipping. Very disappointed and still waiting today is Sunday.

I have an overnight / express one day delivery coz it was perishable. But nothing yet. This is my 2nd try with USPS

I paid over $5.00 to send some Documents Across Town (Akron.Ohio) on May 14th was told they would recive them on 17th Being it was a Saturday I gave them till Momday to make sure they were received Now it's July 8 & tracking says its in trasanit it is sitting at a Akron Post Office but can't find where it is I WILL NEVER USE USPS AGAIN & NEATHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE
