Last update on my package was June 2nd.. still have not received it more then 2 weeks late. Worst service ever.

Used to be good. Last couple of years the service got really bad.

They only sent my package to the wrong adress . Don’t trust them

The mail carrier is consistently, stacking the boxes on my steps and directly in front of the glass storm door. The only way I can get out of the house to get the boxes is to knock them all over with the door! You would think someone would be smart enough to realize this. I have a large enough front porch to accommodate the boxes away from the opening of the door!

I sent a package from Bayamon to Ponce Puerto Rico on June 14, today June 29, the package is in JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, waiting to leave Florida via MEDIA MAIL. WHY??? SEND IT TO FLORIDA AND NOT DELIVER IN PUERTO RICO???

Very bad service, slow updates 5 days without any update i presume i lost the package.

Shipped from may 8th now it's June29th no info on my pkg . Terrible even coming from China you'll get better services.. never again this is madness after paying 45$ for shipping

Count on USPS to screw up delivery. Amazon's biggest mistake is ever using these incompetent losers to send anything efficiently and in time. Lax and lazy. Propping up an inefficient and dysfunctional govt agency is bad policy. Close em down.

I bought a product in May 25 (was coming from China) it arrived in Jamaica NY on the 30 of May, is being missing since then. Open 2 MRC, and nothing happen, no information. Very difficult to speak to a person, all I get are recordings, tomorrow I will fill a request for my money to be return. Please wish me luck.

Sent some documents certified mail on 6,13, it's now 2, weeks later and they still aren't delivered
