I was told by sending my packages, my three international packages that by paying express they would arrive within 3 to 5 days we are approaching now one week and one of the packages is still in Chicago. The post office shouldn’t tell people if you pay Xpress it will arrive within 3 to 5 days that’s not true and that’s not nice. Packages going to Mityana, Uganda. Africa

Sent out a letter on June 3rd and it has yet to arrive. This has happened before. It was a time sensitive letter and despite a search, USPS does not even bother to contact me. They are a total disgrace.

Disappointment because every time I get a mail from out of town which was my son’s graduation invitation it gets lost a letter that I have been waiting for have not arrive since June 9 and here is June 26 and I still haven’t received my my letter. Something has to change your delivery people need to be trained correctly. I have found me a land in the road mailbox open, and it’s uncalled for because I live in a residential area where I have to cross the street to go to the mailbox and I feel that other people mail have been put in my mailbox and I have to walk to the neighbors house to put the mail in their mailbox because they’re not doing their job correctly And although it may be a screen on the mill company but I still feel that important mail that people are looking for should go in the right mailbox I have had to return checks that wasn’t even in my name but in my address and wasn’t in my address. They don’t take the time to sort through the mail to make sure it goes into the right person’s mailbox , I have seen the mailman ride past multiple times and had to make a U-turn to come back to put My in my mailbox and in my neighbors mailbox. I feel that they need to be trained correctly. Chesapeake Virginia needs to get it together. It is so many complaints going on in this area That I have heard about and the local news are reporting about

Whenever I order anything and see that its being shipped via USPS, I immediately want to cancel the purchase. The aggravation associated when dealing with any shipments or mail via USPS is an absolute Nightmare!!!! There is only one thing USPS is consistent with. Its bad service and an opportunity to have them raise your blood pressure. I don't know why their non customer service doesn't just cease to to exist. Not what it used to be!

Not 3-5 business days, 13-15 days …late delivery

My regular mail received in four days and my express mail 10 days gone not received yet

my package is late, i was supposed to get on the 23 june 2023 its now 25 and its in Ohio, Columbus. Live in Fl, see the problem >.<

Terrible service as usual. Tracking not up to date or else my package had been sitting in the same place for 5 days. Everyday says it will be there the following day. Shame!

Paid for my letter to arrive in 2 days hasn't got there yet it's going on day four, why do the mail service in the United States operate like a third world country?

You think usps is not doing well ,why not apply for the job ,correct the problem? USPS is doing a great job.

Why is it, every time I ship a package and go to look up tracking, it shows me nothing, or says. We can't provide tracking till the shipper drops off package at post office. I dropped it off 3 days ago... Duh

bad service comes when they want

I'm embarrassed and ashamed to admit, my father and 3 brothers worked at the USPS. The service I received was shameful. 6 letters only needed to travel within the Chicago area. 10 days it took you. From now on its electronic mail for me. You screwed yourselves.

It took me about 69 days to ship
