Not happy at all, was told my certified mail would be delivered last Friday, still hasn’t gotten to we’re it was supposed be…filed a complaint and told it takes a week and it’s not loss…I track it and it hasn’t updated since Monday so where the hell is it

I got a package from Los Angeles that was fragile and literally had fragile PRINTED on all sides of the box and they tossed it on my porch on its side completely disregarding the this way up sign and all the glass inside was shattered to pieces. F*** off USPS

This service is too bad. I have already lost three orders and they never solve the orders, they leave them where they think. It is the only company that does not do its job well. ?

I rate USPS a 1 because as of today May 22,2023 it says we are late getting you certified letter to its destination ( Mailed on April 27,2023). The customer already received the letter and cashed the checked. I’m thinking of using another service when I have to do bussiness again!

I sent a registered package to dubai on the 12th of May to be delivered in 5 days. Up until today 25th of May my package has not been delivered. I went to the post office to address the issue and I was told they can not help me at all and advised me to call the post office in Dubai. I paid the premium price to have it delivered in time. I also mentioned the phone number of the recipient...yet I do not know where my package is. I made a mistake I should have sent it with FedEx. Shame united postal service. The worst customer service I have experienced
