Covi 19 is no longer a issue, no excuse for Priority Mail to be taking more than 4-6 business day. We always pay for a 3 bussiness day delivery packages take 4-5 bussiness day. Excuses are due to Covi or Memphis is short in Staff, when we track packages they are stuck in Kentucky, NY . Packages are to go to Florida

They lost my priority parcel and can't tell me where it is. Dissappear in thin air,is been a whole week already an no answers,what a shame

My packages either get sent back or I get my package late. I’m really fed up with them not knowing how make sure things are delivered to people on time.

I received my water bill last month a week late. The bill was a card type bill. It looked like it have been wet and dried out. There was a tear on the address part of the bill. Luckily the bill got there before the due date. I can't say this about this month bill. I got it on a Thursday, but l forgot to mail it Friday & Saturday. I took it and another bill after church to the Post office. I used the mail slot inside the Post Office. This was 04-30-2023. My water bill was due 05-10. I checked yesterday using my online bank account and it haven't made it back to the bank, but the other bill made it back to the bank on 05-05. Today l got another bill , since it wasn't pay on time they added a late charge on my bill. So thank you USPS, you lost my bill and now l have a higher bill to pay. I am not an happy customer.
