I think it is ridiculous that I have to create an account with a credit card to use tracking to find my package. Horrible customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Sent card to my granddaughters through usps from Florida to Las Vegas my son never received it. This isn't the first time.

You pay for Priority Mail and the package is still late. Why just throw your money away with U.S.P.S. NEXT TIME I'LL USE FED EX, OR UPS. I'm very disappointed with their bad service.

My package sent out may 6th los angelos. Its may 11th its still in los angelos. The worst mail carrier ever

After waiting almost a month for certified mail, and tracking not updating, I get a notification today stating that it is being returned to sender and no delivery attempt was ever made.

Ill never use this company again. They either lost my $200 package, left it easy to steal or the driver took it.
