Worst possible service orders new shoes for sons birthday should have been her over a week ago now we missed his birthday and the shoes are for his concert wed that package has been there for over four days. You keep raising prices and services keeps getting worse. I hate the post service you guys are federally run this is bulls spit.

Worst service ever

I can not get my delivery update step by step I mean like when they pick and it's still in transit or not I don't know their tracking number and system

I wrote my address correctly, and they mail to wrong address and send back to me, this is so ridiculous

I supposed to get my parcel on the 28th of April and still waiting for it. I will never use them again

Package has been sitting in same location for 5 days. Not very good customer service.

I’ve always been pleased with our USPS mail and deliveries. I appreciate our Postal Workers. Here in Sulphur Springs I feel we have dedicated people handling our mail and packages

Since Friday package staying at the Philadelphia site - no more movement to see. Last update is from Monday, May 1st, but now it's Tuesday, May 2nd early Afternoon!!! Poor
