The Service is so bad.

This usps is so very bad, they need to do a better job or find someone who can. Still package not delivered but keeps bouncing back & forth from alabama to north Carolina & no one seems to know why, it's been 15 days. I give the usps a rate of 0

My package was mailed on 6/15 from Dover Delaware and was going to New York. It arrived in Philadelphia and now it's in Jacksonville Florida. I am one disappointed person. I pray that my package will arrive soon in New York

Sent a package 04/04/2024, today is 06/19/24, it still has not arrived but has been sitting in Des Moines, IA all this time!

This is insane. i ordered a package 06/08/24. The delivery date says it’s going to arrive 12.06.24. This is BS. As i write this it is 06/19/24

My package was mailed and took three weeks to arrive and be held in Germany. Another $20.00 was charged to the person picking it up. For a total of $50.00.... Very poor service.

It’s almost been a month that this package has been sent out to me! It was sent out from San Diego and ended up in Industry City and stayed there! Do you have troubles when sending packages to Canada? I hope it doesn’t take a year to get to me! Did it get lost in your facility? It never ever took this long before! What’s the hold up?

Why do they play with clients' money? They reported that it World take 10 days to reach its destinación. Almond 2 weeks later and the package continúe to bruce fron one place to another and does not reacciones its destinación. Too mano inept people at the USPS.

Do not send anything anymore with usps.waste of time and money

I always pay for two day shipping 30 dollars. Then they always tell me it will be there in 1 day. It's been different everytime. The receipt says 4 days. They promise or money back. Starting today every package I send 2 day mail and it doesnt arrive I'm asking for my money back.

My son is in the Air Force and has been waiting for 1 month for a package that never arrived and we pay priority shipping. Now they say that they destroyed it, they never returned what we paid for and what was in the package cost $800. They stole what was in the package and my son serving this country is how they pay him. The postal service is rubbish.

Horrible services. Delivery was not on schedule.

This is the worst mail service I've EVER encountered. Took 5 weeks to get to the place I sent it to. It started with a 3-5 day period

If the package is 30 minutes away from my house, THEN WHY IS IT GOING TO TAKE 2 MORE DAYS TO GET HERE? I get maybe there are other people that need there packages. But why did the expected delivery date change to Thursday when it was supposed to be tomorrow.

I sent a package 2-3 Day air at Christmas. Package arrived over a month later. I took another chance sending a package 2-3 day air, same locations Missouri to Ohio. Thinking what are the chances of it happening again? Way to go USPS..2 for 2! It's now going on THREE WEEKS!! The USPS is an EMBARRASSING MESS!!! Carrier pigeon would be faster.
