Why would my package arrive 40 minutes from my house , then ship all the way to new york for no reason

Postal worker did not speak up and say. 1.You are sending to a PO Box. 2. I did not request for a required signature . Therefore I waisted 28.00 over nighting my passport. And it is still at the post office 8 days later. The tracking has not been up dated to know has the pass port been picked up? How long will my expedited renewal be delayed because of an error at the Pa. Post office requiring a signature ?

I live in Louisville, it surprise me it took from 4/11 to 4/20 for it to arrive but I'm thankful it arrived

AWFUL. I paid $36 for an overnight at noon yesterday. It’s 3:10 and not there still. This is why you are losing business!! No service! You charge more for less service. INFURIATING

This way of checking pkg. doesn't work. Disgusted to say the least. I am getting a run around!!

Mail service never on time, I had a 1 and 2 day delivery, and I'm yet to receive my package!

Horrible absolutely horrendous very slow like molasses

When dropping off your package at the USPO, you're told one thing as to your delivery but it comes a few days later than previously told.

Awesome service people very friendly each time I went to the location and 63138 location and I love the fact that it tracks real and it's pretty accurate thank you for your services

Express shipping is a joke my package was to be delivered 4/20/23 by 6:00pm here it is 4/21/23 7:40 am and I still don't have my package. STOP charging enormous rates for express delivery and it's not express.

Really appreciate the new accurate tracking options. Very modern.

Maybe they should start firing the workers, starting at the top.
