Seems more and more that the packages I order aren't being delivered and are routed to the local post office for pickup. I have mobility issues and if I hadn't, I wouldn't have ordered items to be delivered. I would have just went to the store. With customer service getting worse by the year, I don't see them being relevant much longer.
