USPS lost the first shipment and now cannot provide any update on the second package sent from the same ebay seller. Unacceptable.

Worst service on planet earth!

Ordered two fenders for my ATV tracked them for day from Mobile AL to Chattanooga 40 miles from my house one fender was delivered the next morning and the other was sent to Illinois and for three days shows that it's still there and says in transit USPS has lost my package and is stalling can't believe that it hasn't been scanned anywhere since then I have stopped payment with my credit card company you need to return my money so I can buy the fender or I can't drive you should admit when you have screwed up and make it right just stalling makes people not want to use the mail

My Easter packages sitting in Miami for 6 days is the reason my nieces have not received their Easter packages. Never had such bad service. Door to door in NJ is 4 days. Why can't Florida do similar?

Was supposed to be here by April 7. Last update was March 28. Only info is that it is not here. Should have used anyone but usps

My packages always arrive when the tracking says or sooner.

Always comes on time and package is not damaged

Still have difficulty with tracking my Certified mail. It says left Regional facility Detroit distribution center at 1:43pm April 8th 2023. Your item is in transit to the destination. That's all it said. I tried 2 times today to see an update with no success. I have waited since a week now and no certified mail has arrived at my place.
