It hasn't failed me once!

You try tracking your package and you get a run around with the system you should be able to call and get somebody on the phone to track where your packages and make other ways you can pick up stuff if it's an emergency

Over 17 days Express never deliver. Please what is the solution

My goods never arrived it's a shame to charge the service and not make lose the goods and the money.

it's been 10days now since initial mailing was sent out on 03-22-2023 still it hasn't arrived at its destination bcuz the usps just keeps on missing the mark badly, I payed ovr 10$ for this delivery of a 120 miles away that's taken 10days now

I can't find tracking # EI196159354US. Scheduled Delivery Date was Wed 03/08/2023.

I sent my paper tax document to Washington, Dc from silver spring USPS br 3 weeks Ago never delivered. I called customers service never call me back. Again I sent from another USPS br. a check to Maryland state 1 weeks ago now my check is in IL which is my home Address. It's so funny and weird.

I sent a letter 3/23/2023 to Sacramento by certified mail and its STILL Not there as of3/31/2023.Ridiculous!! I spent extra Money for NOTHING!!

I don't understand why people are still using the USPS, is the worst service ever, they lost my passport and never shows any empathy, they were rude an indifferent, seems that it was my problem and I have to resolve myself, thank God I work at the post office years ago, and I took worst attitude became rude and I started asking for the big head, so next day I got my passport, it's good to know how things go in there

Oh. My. God. Our experience was incredibly awesome!! I don't remember the name of the lady who helped us but she was the head person at the West Fargo center and she was nothing short of phenomenal. Courteous, perfectly trained and quick, friendly, and helpful. She is just a fantastic person to deal with and it made our experience a great one. I'm only leaving 5 stars because they don't let me leave 6!!

I paid for overnight my mail was showing to deliver today by 6pm I will be getting my money back tomorrow this probably protocol for USPS overnight doesn’t overnight so probably want to go with someone else!

More than a month passed never received my package,still waiting.
