I wanted to let the postal service know that Kenya in the Cinnaminson/Riverton, NJ 08077 post office, was a huge help today as I was trying to ship a package to the Virgin Islands. She was patient and kind and I appreciated her excellent customer service.

The absolute worst tracking of any carrier. Close your doors and let UPS and FedEx take over.

Their tracking information on an item I bought does not show anything poor service. When you put tracking number in shows nothing but an update when you click on it nothing. Good thing I bought it from eBay at least I can get my money back it’s been over 3 weeks and no updates. Need to get it together because this is poor service

Package tracking states my Amazon order has been sitting in Goldsboro for two days. Day three and reports does not show its in the delivery stage yet!!

I sent a certified package with important documents on February 27,2023, it’s March 25,2023 and the package has not arrived. it’s still in transit. This Is unacceptable. Either my items were stolen by the workers and or it’s lost. I hope my package is recovered .

Amazon package 2 day ship, the package went from Florida to Puerto Rico, then to Mexico and now it's in PA somewhere, holy shit!! Some people need to be fired!!

I don't get it, why a parcel would take from one door to next door? I'm mailing an certified mail from Annapolis post office to Maryland Controller which is next door, I mailed in on 03/13/2023 @10am as of today 03/24/2023 is not delivered yet. I don't understand this, what happened with this system?

Parcel never got to me or sender even though it says in the tracker parcel has been delivered and DHL also confirmed by phone parcel was shipped back to the US since the 3 Feb.2023. Sender confirmed visiting the mailing office but could not get her parcel back.
