Terrible service this time. It's supposed to be delivered Monday to Newark but it's been in Kearny Since Sunday night. This is uncalled for!

The whole process went smoothly and flawless. Package arrived exactly when I was told it would. USPS employee was very professional.

I dont give any stars cause they had my package in one post office for 36 hours it took 6 days to get a package 18 hours away.

it’s really not the Post Office‘s fault but I mailed something and it needed to be signed for to be picked up and it said it was delivered on 15 February and said it was never signed for or picked up. I know that can’t be the case because it’s a bank,

The worst trying to get a envelope from Chicago to Northwood Ohio. Pay for one day delivery and it is now 4days later and it is still in Illinois. WOW "Incompetent"

I wanted to track a package. USPS politely offered me several options, but didn’t give any tracking information

The most unreliable mail service there is. Nothing ever reaches its destination when its supposed to. This includes priority mail. I've had mail sent across country reach its destination before priority mail across town. Ridiculous!
