If I could rate USPS an zero I would. I sent an important document certificated on 2/6. It was at the correct facility out for delivery on promised date 2/8. They didn't deliver but instead it's bouncing around to all the facilities in the area. It's now 2/21 still not delivered.

I need to know exactly who signed for the package and exactly what time it was delivered to your facility.

My package has been sitting in Kentucky since February 16th. Why?

Over night package was not delivered as promised

My letter was sent on 2/1/23 from Massachusetts was pay to get here in 7 days it been 21 day and is not moving no tracking activity at all.

I'm glad there's nothing in this package I need to stay alive because if they was I would be dead

The package has been in Rio De Janeiro for a month, and there is no up-to-date ,still 15 hour drive away, next time I'll pay FedEx

I sent my package on February 10th, 2023 and supposedly was going to arrive February 13th, 2023 and I come to this website and I track my package and says in transit arriving late! What’s the point of this?

So slow and no updates on packages over a week past shipment arrival. This package has stuff in it for small business and it’s late and lack of arrival is frustrating.

Almost every time a parcel from Amazon or another online retailer is transferred to USPS from another carrier (such as UPS), it disappears. It sometimes shows up days later than the date it was supposedly delivered, and other times disappears completely. Package tracking is useless, and “customer service” is clueless.

The driver left the package on the side of the door,anybody can take the package and keep it...the van he was driving is 4020477 uses van
