It’s unbelievable how there is no effort to deliver a package. I sent my son a package before MLK Day and about a month later it is returned. They made one attempt to deliver it. Unacceptable.

This mail service takes for ever to deliver. It has been since Jan 28 when the envelope mailed and have not received it yet

A place an overnight package February 1st at 9:00 a.m. to be delivered following day and the package still resides at a distribution center here in PA according to the tracking system which I will be penalized for due to your unprofessionalism and business handling of documents that are paid for and provided by your service please deliver the package thank you concerned citizen Mr fulcher.

This is the second time my package was not delivered. If the delivery person would pay more attention on the job instead of on the phone or playing loud music they might have delivered it. What happened with the uniforms instead of looking like a pizza delivery

Service was terrible. Paid for priority express mail for 2 day delivery and it took them 6 days to get it there. Then they wouldn't reimburse me some of the 28.75 back to me because of their mess up. Don't recommend them to deliver priority express mail.

Paid $85.00 for 1 day, overnight shipping for perishable items. Package arrived 4 days late and food had to be thrown away.

I was waiting on my registered mail today when I saw the mailman drive by and leave mail in my box. He left a notice inside that said 'Sorry we missed you, Ist attempt. He didn't even drive up and knock to have me sign because of laziness I suppose. I was home ALL day waiting for him. Now I have to drive to the P.O & retrieve it. This website even says that I was unavailable today, which is a lie.

Have a package being delivered from Illinois was shipped on the 31st was supposed to be here today now it says the 2nd of march. Why so slow. It was supposed to be a birthday present now it's going to be extremely late. They need to get it together.

This is going to the postal district headquarters, been over a week! Morons can't even find their own building!
