Awful! Package to have been delivered 4 days ago. Now it seems to be on a reverse journey. Customer service in my opinion, indescribable!

Mail out package on January 9th,2023 and on update of package has not moved ( today's date January 31,2023. !!(

Since December i have to get my mail which is very important. And as if today is February 1no mail .I live in brooklyn how long .if I mail gets loss someone will be responsible of it again its important

I am very disappointed in USPS. I mailed pkg priority from Mphs to St. Louis on Jan. 21. As of Feb.1, it still has not been delivered. Next time I will use FedEx.

As usual, a parcel guaranteed to arrive next day is still not here after TWO days and is sitting in a distribution center some 150 miles from me.

Today, the delivery driver drove in my yard and tore up my drain line. Why even drive in my round about, the front yard is small.

I am still waiting for my overnight mail. Mailed 47 hrs ago.

I’m confused. When I sent the package from Woodbridge, Va to Durham, NC, the delivery date was supposed to be Monday, January 30. It went to the Raleigh on that date but says it was sent to Hyattsville, MD on January 31. WHAT?
