Preferred the old system which told what time the expect delivery

They tell you money back guarantee you have proof your package is not there and you got to wait until they decide to give you your package before you get your refund if it's not there on that day you should get your refund if you can show proof it has not been delivered on time

Send packages all the time for my small business. Employees always very helpful.

I should have checked to see if Paul Revere could have sent my mail, it probably would have gotten there sooner than if I'd have sent it nowadays! Very disappointed with the postal service, sent on 17th from Illinois to TN and still not delivered!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the third time I've sent a pkg they say was delivered and it wasnt

Every time I go to my mailing box and see the mail man or woman I can see that they are always very good at what they do and I’ve always respected their work!

2 of my packages show they were delivered and they were NOT. Very disappointed with USPS service!!!

Fast and reliable

Package not delivered. Carrier stated “Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible. Marion, IL either the carrier was at the wrong address or lied in attempting to deliver our package. Nothing blocking the driveway or the front door.

Sent packages 12/12/2023 they got the last one when I got back a month later 1/14/2023 Spokane, Washington to New Town, ND. And picked up the package my dam self

Paid $9+ to get letter to New Town, ND. from Spokane, Washington 3 days they said 4 days now hope they get it and it normally 4 days with regular mail dam the USPS unreliable service

Why would a package mailed from Florida to another city in Florida have to go all the way to New Jersey n back to Florida? Package is 4 days late and out for delivery today at destination! Crazy thought it goes to Orlando fl then to Tallahassee destination! Please review this is crazy! No wonder it’s later arriving than stated at purchase of mailing it!!

Very poor. Ordered on January 26th. USPS tracking said it was picked up on January 21st and that is the only tracking information there is and it is now January 29th and no update and no answers why. Very, very poor.

Package was sent last January 12. It’s been 17 days… Still in transit.
