My package was sent since dec 27 and it hasnt arrive and when it says os ny then it said its in p.r. carolina. It has travel de world and hasnt arrived.

Heard ALOT of negative comments don't know what was expected dont care USPS did a good job. Once it arrives at the Canadian Border custom it's a different story.

Postmaster in Old Fort North Carolina was most professional attentive and I got my package.

The postal service has to eliminate mail theft. People like David R. Yannetti from Boston MA. steal mail and act compromise information and then use it inappropriate. Period. Very disgusting behavior.

Again, no positive results ! Lost a lot money for many packages never delivered. I am disgusted with USPS ! Amount of money Iost, over & over again. Maybe now USPS has thieves working, how can so many of my and other people’s packages are never delivered, nor no response from USPS?! Whats the use of a tracking number, its a horrible workforce at USPS! Either they could care less, lazy, or stole packages. Who is over seeing delivery system? It hurts not receiving what you order and lose out the money paid for it! I ordered on 12/18/2022. Nothing delivered its 01/27/2023!!!! And no responses from USPS. Maybe the FBI needs to investigate missing packages , & or Post Master! Who is in charge?!

Leominster Postal Office sent my parkage out before expected and was delivered today. I extremely grateful for that. Thankyou Robin and all that deliver here in Leominster. Always pleasant and trustworthy.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE SEEN IN ALL MY LIFE. They where rude, didnt want to work, and very disorganized. The woman at the frontal desk didnt want to look up the info and treated me so indiferent. I have all the patience in the world but this people are something else. If you are going to give a service like this, its way better to not offer it at first. The only thing that works are the p.o box. Im going to tell everyone the tipe of service they gave me so no one makes the same mistake as me. Unbelievable. Really. Such a shame.

Tried to check on two packages and the app does not work. Wish their system was like the FedEx and UPS apps that is easier to get info.on your packages. Not a friendly app they have.
