Tracking the package it arrived in my town or Portland TN and was then sent to Philadelphia for some reason. Thanks… Guess I’ll have to see where it goes from here.

We were so disappointed. We were told our daughter would get her by the 23rd. We mailed it priority mail on the 19th. It’s the 26th and she still has t gotten it. Especially since we paid extra to have it shipped quickly as it had her medication. We were never contacted to let us know they were behind. Just so frustrating.

I can't believe how bad this service is, even though I paid extra for my package to arrive on time. It's been a week and the package doesn't even show up and I can't track it, because they don't take responsibility either by phone or in person. no one knows where my package is. I am very disappointed! and more upset and angry! What is happening with this service that is increasingly going from bad to worse. Can someone help me find my package? it is very impressive to me!

Pretty good most of the time . Problem arose when the carrier did not scan the pkg but put in the numbers manually. and it bounced around one time only

For more than 3 weeks my parcel sits in usps location in NJ without any move. It's so irrespective to the customers.

You guys lost my package that’s not good

Package was supposed to be delivered January 23rd. It is now the 26th and the package keeps getting mailed back and forth between distribution centers

Wtf is going on? My pkg was supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days. It's been over a month. I've tracked it everyday. It seems to be hanging out in LA. I live in Canada. Looks like I'll be getting it next year. I'm beyond pissed.

Package said 3 day received it 20 day's later

I love the post office. If outside forces would leave it alone I'd be even greater. If the post office is 2.5 stars, what is the rating for other governmental agencies?

Mailed from n.j. on Sat the 22st Jan to la. Sat in Jersey City two days then shipped to Omaha neb. Why here it is the 25th no one has a clue what a joke and all you get is I am sorry so 17.05 out the window no chance of any refund a joke .they say that they will call me back lol lol
