My package was mailed out since December 21,it’s still traveling back and forth from Pennsylvania to New York.It should be delivered on December 28 in Canada.This is ridiculous!

I rate USPS 5.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I always gets my packages on time and I admire there app when customers service reach out to me in my email address about the date and time to be expecting my packages coming to my address.

Very disappointed it arrived at a first post office from store on January 2nd has not never left it

Received an empty envelope always fun to get empty packages not why I got it or who it's from but thanks usps.

I ordered Dec 17th and it was to be delivered 12/25 but it is still not delivered

Why does my parcel start with the west coast, travel across the country to the east coast, just to come back to the west coast?? I thought my package was supposed to be 5-7 days. It’s now 2 weeks. Ridiculous! There wasn’t much information provided on ordering so didn’t realize the mode of travel or timeline.

Very disappointed in the services by usps. Constant run around. Package has been sitting in facility since Thursday evening(15 min away). Still has not been delivered. Was suppose to be here on Sat... Nobody will make the call to the distribution center...

I had a great experience today with Jamie at the post office. She’s a great employee, very helpful and pleasant.

I sent a couple boxes from the US to Mexico, on Dec 30th, they said it would take up to 10 business days, its been 12 business days and I still have not received any of my boxes, I tried to contact USPS but they never responded to me.

It's not the USPS it's the company that you ordered you'r item from they use the cheapest route possible to ship your items.
