My package has been at the Baton Rouge post office pending acceptance since December 28th (19 days and counting). Totally unacceptable.

I paid for express and it didn't get delivered until after a month

Not fit for purpose. No update since 15th December, 2022. Close down the damn company.

This company is useless and is not fit for purpose. The parcel am tracking has not been updated since 15 December, 2022.

Very prompt arrived a day early.

I pay for the next day overnight package delivery on the 11th and it still sit in Detroit on the 12th. You all need to get the system right because people pay for the service and service not deliver it come on United States Postal Service you are gonna do better.

Won't give me updates on my delivery

My package was delivered within the time frame I was given so I have no complaints.

if I could I would give a 0, never received my package, no up date sense dec 12th, no update from customer support either,

USPS is very unreliable. They keeps given excuses why my package hasn't been delivered.

USPS office in Wilmington Ca. provides excellent service to the community.

I sent a package on December 13th was supposed to arrive on December15th. Was sent first class mail. I have tried and tried and no one can seem to track this package. What good is a tracking number if the post office has no idea where the package went last. I can see why the post office is failing. Their service is awful. Not that workers haven't been kind except for the one that works and the post office that I mailed it from which is Brooklyn Michigan and I don't think she has a clue what she's doing.
