I'm supposed to receive a package being sent from Nebraska they shipped it from Nebraska to Indianapolis Indiana and then it should have been shipped to Gary Indiana then to Michigan City Indiana and then to my house but instead they shipped it from Indianapolis Indiana to Denver Colorado and now it says it's in transit somewhere I don't know where

If someone has not at home then you people why don’t call to them for her courier and don’t delivered to their house why it get to late very bad experience with the service ???

Package sat at Evansville terminal for several days when I mailed it I was told with the holidays they should receive it on Tuesday it was six days later that it finally arrived

Says delivered but I didnt get anything. Visited the post office. They told me someone must have stolen it. So dissapointed

I have no idea who USPS Mail Innovations is but what a disaster they are ! I order a small item on 12/23, seller in OH hands it to them on 12/27 destined to me in HI. It ends up in NY on 12/28 not to arrive in HI until 1/07. Today is 1/10 and it still has not made it ! And this is by air ? Looks like my package had a nice vacation on the way !

I was told that the package was coming last Friday, but it came Monday, and the mail carrier didn't have the decency to ring the doorbell. I'm glad I was home and decided to see if I had any mail. The porch pirates steal a lot of packages in my area. Makes me not want to order anything in the mail.

How could something shipped to Florida be delivered to someone in Ohio. Very irritated at this point.

I’ve only experienced a problem 1x out of sending 2 or more pkgs atleast 4 xs or more a year, I am very happy with your service, mailing lines(not so much) but all in all you guys have not let me, nor my granddaughter down. Thanks

I've been with USPS for a long time and I am very happy for the great service..it's delayed sometimes due to weather condition or situation we can't predict.. affordable and they were all happy people
