Don't know why it so hard to navigate your website just to track your package

Still waiting on my package, very disappointed

The postal person got an ineligible signature on my package now its lost at the site and no one knows who signed for it.

I paid an astronomical amount of money for next day delivery of a perishable package. Three days later, the package has not been delivered. No wonder the postal service has problems. Consumers no longer have faith in them. I DON'T.

Package was shipped on Dec 20 2022 and arrived at usps on Dec 24 2022. According to the tracking, it was supposed to be delivered in my mailbox on Dec 24, but all I got in my mailbox is useless junk mail. Well….. it’s Jan 2 2023 and I have still yet to receive my package! WISE THE F**K UP!

I Was outside doing yard work from 1030 to 1200 and i didn't see or hear anyone blow a horn.!!! the dog was in the house.

9400111206213786994966 my package arrived in my city on Dec 27 and now is 800 miles away? Where did this transaction break down. I'd say when did communication go south, but that's where I am...still waiting for my package to arrive at my local USPS receiving facility AGAIN!

I'm trying to figure out why my package went from McDonald's Georgia or to Fayetteville Georgia why didn't it come straight down in the Florida you guys are some bad ratings man I was supposed to get this package before Christmas and I still haven't got it

I mailed a letter. I was given a tracking number. When I use the WWW website, I have to set up an account? I don’t need an account! I just wanna know where my letter is when I put my tracking number in. Shouldn’t have to jump through a bunch of hoops, to figure out where my damn letter is!

I have been waiting on a package since dec. 16 and was told I would have it within 3-7 business day. We are now in a new year and month and it’s still setting in Columbia. That why they should have just sent it through ups and not usps.

I will never pay for overnight shipping again , it took 6 days to make it to destination, usps lied and.took my money . This was an important letter .
