Your tracking information is terrible. And your first class mail still takes weeks to ship

USPS! I've been waiting one month for a package. The price we pay for shipping certainly does not reflect or define service! Absolutely appalling! In addition, once in awhile I'll see 2 to 3 different mail delivery trucks looking like they're list, driving back and forth in the neighborhood. May I add that they are definitely exceeding the residential speed limit. Someone in upper management needs to investigate organizational skills throughout the entire industry starting from the top on down.

Wait for package from Philadelphia depot to nanticoke pa.from December 18 .tracking says in transit for two weeks already

Worst service. Paid $70.95 for a speed post but did not reach in time. My humble request please don’t use USPS for any emergency

I’m trying to figure out where my package is, have a tracking # but apparently they want to charge me $1.00 (which they say I will get refunded). If I have to pay to find my package how long will the refund take? I just want to find my package ordered on the 12th, updated on the 16th, and now it’s the 29th and still not here. I guess I’ll have to go to the post office and get someone to look. P

According to info my parcel (Christmas present for my son) sitting in a warehouse since a couple weeks before Christmas. I am in Canada. My son leaves my area for another 6 months. Looks like he doesn't get his gift. I will never buy anything again that uses USPS

Great service, I was deployed overseas and I able to send Christmas gift to family and friend. Affordable price and arrived with no damage

Very disappointed my goods were to arrive on Tuesday at Oregon and the person traveling with them has left to Africa , very bad

I mailed two packages together on 12/24/22 to N Miami. I paid for two days delivery. One of the package was delivered on 12/28/22, now is 1:00 pm on 12/29/22 and the other package still not delivered yet. This is just annoyed and confused . My son is still waiting anxiously for his gifts, and I’m not happy at all about the service of the USPS.

I believe my packages being stolen

By far the worst carrier out there, they are never on te with priority mIl they put mail of mine in our neighbors mail boxes, yes I sad boxes cause it has gone to several different places in the neighborhood, you have one job, put it in the right mailbox, also I will use Amazon or ups from now on. Maybe you should fix the problems before someone goes further with a complaint, like the head post master and I'm not talking about the local one.
