No package delivered

I rarely have a problem with usps....especially in Texas. I use this service for every package. No complaints always satisfactory.

I absolutely am in distress. I ordered rings that have ashes of a loved on embedded with moonstone. 8 days later and no package when it was shipped first class. Its tracking as en route. I am NOT HAPPY!!

I paid for fast shipping. There’s no update about my order, its supposed to come today. I didn’t arrive yet. :(

2 day delivery You have had the pkg for 5 days where is it?

Tracking is hard they need a clear one like ups has

I mail things often, and of all the services, the USPS is by far the most dependable.

Trying to track a missing package and just going around in circles. They want to know my computer info. For an expert to help with issue.....a total joke. No sign of the package that was out for delivery on Dec. 22..... Dont use this service if you want a timely delivery....

They are an awful company

They are absolutely awful on getting your packages to you!

Wondering what happened to, "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds"! Seems these days, the USPS is less reliable than FedEx, UPS, and other carriers. Sure, for post cards and snail mail of envelopes, USPS has it whooped....but parcels....not so much. Pretty sad. Not trying to be critical, just offering my honest assessment and thoughts.

Why does it keep taking me to a page where I have to re-enter the tracking code??? It never shows me where my package is at? This place is ridiculous! USPS needs to redo there track package page and quit playing games

My package shows it shipped out 20th then two updates and after that nothing! It’s already the 27th and still no updates
