Terrible service will use ups from now on

Don't pay for Priority Mail get there late or 3 day. You send it regular and gets there in 2 days. This is so ridiculous and so be fixed. Why pay extra when never on time.

My best friend shipped me a package on the 8th of the month from Canada. According to tracking it has been in Chicago since the 11th and it is now the 21st! What is the deal? I understand they are very business busy because of Christmas but this is ridiculous

Very good dependable service

My package arrived 1 week (7 days/168 hours/10,080 minutes) ago at a USPS facility in Little Rock. The status is “delivered to USPS, acceptance pending”. Well, nothing has happened. The package has been sitting there 1 whole week. The USPS is the laughing stock of common carriers. I recently tried to buy some stamps at the main office and they were out of stamps. It has gotten ridiculous.

Good and easy to use

Why is it every package I have ever had a problem with has been shipped via USPS. From late packages, slow, delivery, lost packages, etc. Ship with any other carrier, even if it costs more.

I paid for priority mail $13.55 to deliver my letter in 2/3 days!!! What a joke ! 10 days and it still hasn't been delivered. Very disappointed.

Order a package on the December 12 and today is the 21st still don't have my package keeps saying in transit Iam not happy

Great service, fast and efficient

Retired postal worker and have never seen such poor service and poor tracking service. Need to step it up, UPS has you beat 10 to 1

Unless you pay enormous amount for tracking and priority mail disappears at distribution center!! A greeting card with gift card..disappeared at Pontiac MI distribution center.
