I don't think the USPS is at fault here. It is LIGHTNTHEBOX. this still hasn't arrive, and is sitting in Jamaica NY for a week now. Been 22 days since I place order.

Since December 13 2022 still in transit?

I too have a flat rate package sitting in Ybor What is going on?

Want to let you know that it has been mistakes with delivery at the above address. 300 wilson st.ne decatur al 35601 not leaving packages at apartments taking them back

I’ve send the package to my daughter to CA and she received it on time and everything was in good condition.

I sent a package 1-day Priority Express Mail Overnight 12/05/2022 to P. O. Box 492019, Lawrenceville, GA 30049. It should have been delivered to that P.O. Box for pick up on 12/06/2022 by 6 pm by person addressed to on Priority Express Mail Envelope. Got the run around. Filled our Package Intercpt form, and Missing Mail Search Request form on USPS website. Still no word provided on status of this PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL. NOT HAPPY.

I have sent packages every year and for some reason they sit in Springfield MO for 2 or 3 days. This one sat for 3 days and is now finally to its destination! You

Was told the package would be delivered on Monday the 19th in CALIFORNIA and is STILL here in Wisconsin on the 19th.

Megan waited on me that day. They are so pleasant there. They get you out of there as quick as possible. Always have a pleasant attitude.

Dec 8th I shipped priority should have gotten to destination Dec 12, arrived Tulsa Ok Dec 9 didn't ship out of there until Dec 16 and is still in transit on Dec 19, this is flipping ridiculous, especially with the price I paid...

Terrible customer service! Something needs to be done about the postal system! Total disregard for charging high prices to ship with no accountability for lost packages. Typical government agency! Would give no stars if I could!

Takes forever to get anything from them

Service has been deteriorating progressively ,slow ,take to much time retrieving packages from shipping party to send on to recipient, holidays & COVID excuses are worn out

My SanAntonio Encino Park location always have a smile nomatter how busy it is in there. And my packages to Hawaii always meets my expectation on delivery date. Thankyou USPS for the hard work you all do for your community.
