Terrible! Why does mail have to go to numerous distribution centers before reaching its destination? Local delivery should stay local!!!

The only way you can come close to this bad service is go to Walmart and try to find someone to help you or check you out. Maybe USPS is trying to go to self service also. A piece of priority mail from January 2018 still hasn’t arrived but they manage to get all the junk mail delivered! On their rating scale they need one for 0 stars.

USPS is the best. My mail gets delivered come rain, snow, hail and whatever.

I mailed my package Priority Mail on November 30th, 2022 Missouri City TX 77489 with expected delivery on December 5th. Instead it is December 15th and the Package is in Chicago!! What kind of service is thatMy 89 yr old mother's birthday was on December 6th was supposed to arrive at Calle Lira #48 Urbanización Los Angeles, Puerto Rico 00979-1657 and it is now December 15th and the package hasn't still arrived! It's somewhere in Chicago! What kind of business is the postal service running. My 89th y/o Mother's Birthday pwas December 6th and she's still waiting for it

Is no longer us postal service is very slow and it is very painful to see your mail taking is s long to delver.

Where it's my package I did sending since November the 28 supposed to delivery the next day I did pay 27.50 to sending overnight and today it's December the 15 in my package it's some where Cincinnati distribution center lost my package and this people they don't have not answer that is disgusting service I whit that close that place forever because they don't do the job

3-5 days turns a week with $71 dollars? Not best for emergency at all

My items have been sitting at the same location since Dec 8. Horrible!

Scheduled date for delivery was not met

The worst service ever! Will not use post office again. UPS is more reliable. Mailed an envelope (9” x 12”) - TX to CT …mailed 12/07 - estimated delivery said “12/12 ……still no pkg in sight!!! Charge was $5.60 - for this ridiculous “Service”????!!!!!! Never again!

I’m so disappointed paying $70 but it’s still not there took more than 2week

Central Post Office in L.A. Ca. Went there to day to send a package to my son whom has not been in Sates for a few years. Was nervous and anxious. Had the things to send grabbed a box a label and went to the window. Toni sad you need tape and she gave it to me. Went to tape box closed, waited and was attended real quick. The window clerks where awesome! Thank you ladies you the best. Merry Christmas to you both and the rest of the staff. Again thank you Toni for watching out for me.
