My package was supposed to be delivered today but when I tracked it was told no access to delivery location. This is bull, location is my home address and I was home all day. This is a cop out for bad service !!

Your updating on parcel location is very slow compared to your competitors . Should at very minimum be daily for any company

I always use priority box mail and I love the service! My packages always get where they need to go!!!

You guys did a very bad job. Package shouls arrive in two day double charges me for that and still miss the date by 4 days how is that possible?
