Paid extra for two day delivery, Three days later, still not there. USPS wants me to pay to talk to an agent for a guaranteed refund. Unbelievable waste of time and money.

If I could give zero stars I would! Certified mail containing personal info sent to Ogden Utah on August 25 is still coming up as in transit! Post office won't refund money spent and says more than likely it just didn't get scanned when dlvrd,and did I contact Utah police!? MALARKY!

terrible serves!!! Rude employees, long lines in office-working- one person, slow. Styling!!!!!!!!! my stuff from packages!!!!!!!Wow!!! They take few things my sister sanded to me!!! Nightmare. If I can i will give -1 stars.

8 days for my package shipping from New Jersey ? Was supposed to receive 3 days earlier . Wack

My package arrived at Los Angeles factory 11/3/2022. It has not move. Up is the hold up? It's the 11th of Nov.

When you pay $20.00 for the 1-2 day express mail, but it takes 3-6 days for your package to arrive, ?????? and they don't leave you updates on where your package is during the IN TRANSITION stage. They call the USPS "Snail Mail", but honestly, I think snails could deliver your package(s) much faster and safer than the USPS!!!!

USPS is pretty fast

I am very disapointed with USPS service. Po box, stamps, and everything raise every year but, service get worse every year. Not even one time I sent a package and it het to destination on time, NOT EVEN CLOSE TO ARRIVAL TIME... No stars at all... My situation and opinion!

The postal clerk was pleasant, and my package was delivered on time.
